This option offers a 40-hour Advanced Business English
course for qualified participants with Advanced English Language

them to American business culture. Upon completion of this training,
participants join their assigned American host organizations and
companies for 35-40 hours a week to continue their program through the
on-the-job training portion. For participants with at least two years of
professional work experience or a 4-year academic degree. Customized
lesson plans may be available upon request. Minimum 4 trainees per

a U.S. Institution. Upon completion of
the business training workshop, program participants join their already-assigned American host
organizations and companies for 35-40 hours a week to continue their program through the
on-the-job training portion.
The training field and
length of the training program will be determined by the IEBT Program Management and communicated
to the host company/organization based on the information provided by a participant in his/her
application package.
Participants
receive individually crafted training plans based on not only their occupational/subject fields,
professional knowledge and on-the-job training goals, but also on the mutual goals and interests
of the host company/organization as well. Please review the list of
Unskilled Occupations to learn about non-skilled occupations that
are not permitted under this Program.
Participants will
perform their job assignments in accordance with their pre-established training plans. A Host
Organization Supervisor will be assigned to monitor and evaluate participants’ achievements. All
participants are expected to contact the IEBT Program Management on a monthly basis to review
