MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF A J-1 TRAINEE/INTERN
The monitoring and evaluation system at ICLS is designed to
ensure the compliance of interns and trainees, as well as hosts, with their
pre-approved Individual Training/Internship Placement Plan (DS-7002), and to
make sure that participants’ overall experiences are progressing as planned.
The trainees and interns are asked to submit progress reports following each
training phase of their training plan. These evaluations cover range of
topics, including the degree to which training plans are being followed, the
relationships between participants and supervisors, training and living
conditions. |
