Enrollment Process: Step 1

ICLS APPLICATION

In order for ICLS to start working on your application, you will need to submit all of the following items:

1. $150 non-refundable application fee: Payable by American Express, Visa or MasterCard, personal check, traveler’s check or wire transfer. ICLS Credit Card Authorization Form

2. Completed ICLS IEBT Application form

3. Resume: One page only

4. Motivation Letter: Describe in one page your reasons for pursuing a training/internship position with IEBT and how it relates to your future goals. This will be used to find a suitable work-based training or internship. Note: Not required for self placing individuals.

5. Writing sample: Only requested of applicants pursuing training in certain fields. Please contact IEBT to see if this applies to your selected field.

6. Copies of post-secondary transcript(s) and/or professional certificates: In English

7. Copy of post-secondary diploma(s)/degree(s)

8. Proof of financial support for the duration of the program: IEBT recommends a minimum of $1000/month while in the U.S. whether an internship is paid or unpaid

9. Copy of photo page of valid passport

10. Copies of passport visa pages: If you have traveled outside your home country

11. Copies of old DS-2019 Forms or IAP-66 Forms: If you have traveled to the U.S. on a J-1 visa

Important: Applications will not be reviewed until the non-refundable application fee is paid and all items are received.
