The International Center for Language Studies, Inc. (ICLS) provides language training services to government agencies under the General Services Administration (GSA). Schedules are issued under the Federal Supply Service
and are commonly referred to as a GSA Schedule.
The Schedule offers a faster and easier process for federal agencies to purchase
foreign language training services they need on a timely basis and at pre-negotiated rates. ICLS' services are available to all government agencies and other organizations qualified to buy from the GSA Schedule. If
