Evening and Saturday Program

ICLS offers a comprehensive Evening and Saturday Program in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA). With a step-wise program that takes the students progressively from one level to another, students gradually build up their communicative skills in Arabic. Students usually start with Arabic I or Arabic Language and Culture Familiarization and move up to the next class from one semester to the next. We also accept students with prior knowledge of Arabic acquired elsewhere. These students will be placed in the appropriate class based on an assessment by the instructor.

 Key Benefits:

  • Small group classes

  • Classes are taught by native speakers with a strong background in teaching Arabic as a foreign language

  • Designed for working professionals

  • Emphasis on communicative skills

  • Great location: close to McPherson Square and Farragut North Metro Stations in downtown Washington, D.C.
